Early Years Manager (Deputy SENCO) My name is Leanne and I have worked at Hopscotch since 2009. It’s been the best some of the most rewarding years seeing the children grow and develop into the people they are today. What I love most about my job is knowing I’m making a difference in someone's life, helping them develop and grow. I have 2 children of my own who are my world. In my spare time, I like to socialise with friends, go on holiday and being a mother, spending most of my weekends at football.

Early Years Support Assistant I am passionate about supporting young children’s development. It brings me such joy to be able to help children flourish and thrive. I have completed numerous courses before joining Hopscotch Corner in 2023, including a children and young persons mental health diploma, and teaching English as a foreign language. I have experience of working in local schools, as well as previously home educating my older two children from age 5 and 6 until they started college at age 14. I enjoy spending time with my 3 children and close family and having game and movie nights together on a weekend.

Early Years Practitioner My name is Amy. I have worked in childcare for around 10 years now, through nursery settings and 2 years in residential care. I have been at Hopscotch Corner since April 2025. I am really enjoying the role and getting to know the children, and I feel settled within the Hopscotch family. When I am not at Hopscotch, I’m busy being a mum to my 3 children and 2 fur babies, which I absolutely love! We enjoy adventures, walks, days out, and making memories together!

Early Years Practitioner My name is Jade, and I'm proud to be a new member of the Hopscotch team! I previously worked at Eureka! The national children's museum, where I assisted with fun and educational learning in a playful setting. I'm excited to learn about what it means to be a part of the Hopscotch team and to be a part of the children's experience here. As a parent, I understand the importance of a high standard of care and make sure that kindness and empathy are always at the centre of my performance.
